GREENCITY ORDERS
As well as picking up some groceries at Hearty Squirrel’s weekly stalls, you can order food in advance. This gives you a much wider choice of food and it means that you can order in bulk – reducing packaging, facilitating communal cooking & eating in your flat, and reducing precious time spent food shopping! Here’s how to do it:
1 – Become a member of Hearty Squirrel by paying for a membership on the EUSA website for £3.00. Then, send us an email to be added to the mailing list and gain access to the Greencity catalogue.
2 – Log in to Greencity and choose some tasty food (but don't order anything or add anything to basket)!
3 – Download an order form at the bottom of this page, and fill it in with the SKU codes and quantities from the Greencity website. Please make sure to list the VAT-inclusive price on the form. (Note that the form will add on 10% of the total value of the order – this isn't a profit: it covers the co-op's running costs, goes towards projects, and can cover spillages or errors if they happen!)
4 – Transfer the total amount of your order (including the 10%) to: Account name EUSA Societies Account // Account number 10296679 // Sort Code 09-02-22 // Reference Hearty Squirrel
5 – Email us the completed order form and proof of your payment by Monday 19:00 to pick up on the Thursday of the same week! Please note that the Greencity orders sometimes arrive later than the opening time of 11. Members can use the bike trailer to help carry large orders home.
